This type of book is always of interest to me as there is always something to be gleaned from another's experience and Bob sure has a wealth of wisdom and experience in ministry. It is laid out in two parts. Part 1 is 'What I Would Do Differently' and Part 2 is 'What I Would Do The Same' and seven things for each.
He writes in a friendly, easy to read style. I really appreciated what he had to say throughout this book and was inspired in my own life. I would recommend this book.
