Very interesting and definitely makes sense.  Explains a lot! Definitely recommend people read this for a fresh understanding on our how body works and how we can work with it rather than against it to achieve the shape we want.  Key part that remains with me is where he says that in the same way we can't choose how much sleep our body needs per night or how much air we breathe in, its the same with weight - our body chooses the weight it wants to be - its not a discipline thing anymore than needing 9 hours of sleep a night versus 7 hours per night is for others.  The key to dealing with this and shifting your body's programming is dealing with mental, emotional, physical stressors first as our bodies are holistic and one thing affects the other. Then eating live foods full of nutrients rather than dead foods.
Worth reading - very interesting research etc
