Review of Karen Poth's I Can Read 'Sheerluck Holmes and The Case of the Missing Friend'

It's a very thin, paperback book - with great illustrations as typical of VeggieTales.  The language seems basic enough for an early reader with good repetition.  I like how Sheerluck blew bubbles from his pipe - that was a cute twist on the pipe Sherlock smoked.  The storyline is basically that a friend ran away and they tried to figure out why and it was because the others all got mad at him for messing up a game.  For fans of Veggie Tales this would be a great introduction to reading for the early stages.
