Review of 'Nourished' by Lia Huber

The book is divided into four parts, which are: Seeds, Roots, Starts, Fruit.  The prologue was an interesting glimpse into a moment of her time in Guatemala. Part One starts off her story set in Greece with a hot guy she met, who liked her, to her own amazement. She goes on to share about her encounter with Jesus in NYC during communion. She tells about her marriage and shared their pain at her finding she had a serious condition requiring an immediate hysterectomy. From there she got into opportunities to write about food and then adventures getting to Costa Rica and so on.

The recipes scattered throughout look interesting, but I haven't tried any as yet.  On the whole, this book was just ok for me. Nothing too amazing.
