This book would be good for people new to the idea of spiritual battles in their lives. For those of you familiar with the topic, this is a reminder of certain principles learned. The book isn't overly deep and is an easy read. Havilah threads her own experiences throughout and provides some practical advice they learned in response to these things.
Each chapter ends with Empowerment Points - summarizing the chapter.
A good, solid book. Nothing amazing, but good nevertheless.
Would I recommend it? If the title draws you, then read it. There are gems in there for everyone. I found it encouraging.
